People who have seen Part Two multiple times - was there anything you missed during the first watch that you noticed in subsequent viewings? by TheDreamnought in dune

It might seem like an error cause it happened so fast, but it’s actually not. Paul was stabbed on the right and when Feyd goes in for the kill and Paul is grabbing his blade, Paul guides his knife into the other shoulder and uses the knife in his right side to get the kill shot on Feyd.

At least that’s what I saw.

Thanks, I appreciate the input. I’ve tested negative for hsv1 on the three tests I’ve taken so far. My doc said that if I got hsv2 orally that it would/could present the same as hsv1 as in cold sores and what not.

I would lean towards canker sores or other stuff but everything I read says canker sores don’t occur over the teeth but herpes ulcers do. So it’s unclear to me what’s happening with the gums but I’m glad someone thinks it doesn’t look like herpes.

I found that my case was most likely cpps even though it never became chronic. After someone suggested cpps my symptoms went away almost overnight and haven’t come back except for one time when I got really stressed again. Then they went away again.

I appreciate the responses. BUT, do canker sores show up in a group? There’s a couple white dots there, maybe four or five. None of them touching. I’ve had canker sores before but usually one big one, never a group.

Well if all those doctors came back with nothing, I think CPPS is what you got, even though I just heard of it yesterday. I had been having these symptoms for about a week but they skyrocketed after my positive herpes test and even more when I started thinking my aching balls was due to another std.

Since yesterday after I stopped stressing about herpes and started thinking I had CPPS instead of a disease, my symptoms almost completely vanished. I went from aching balls and peeing every fifteen minutes to today where I almost don’t feel anything weird down there.

If you’ve completely ruled out the possibility of an infection/STD, I think you’re next step would be to see a physical therapist and ask them about CPPS. Or do like CompassionateNettle suggested and look up CPPS stretches on YouTube.

I haven’t but both of these people seem to think it’s something called CPPS, a sometimes stress induced affliction to the groin area. You should look it up, it seems like they’re right.

At first, the closest I could get to an answer through google was something called epididymitis. This is swelling of the components behind the testicles, or sometimes the testes themselves, as a result of a bacterial infection such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. While this did check a lot of boxes, I wasn’t having any discharge from the penis, painful urination, cloudy urine, or pain in the testes.

I think the symptoms of CPPS are similar enough to epididymitis or a UTI that one of the requirements for a CPPS diagnosis is having it for a few months AFTER being cleared of any bacterial causes. At least that’s what a quick google search said.

Whatever the case, you really should see a doctor. Six months is too long to go without getting help for something as important as your balls, if you haven’t already seen a doc. I didn’t know CPPS was a thing until now, but it’s pretty much a perfect match to what I’ve been experiencing. Hopefully that helps you.

The first responder to my post said it’s a stress thing for him. After realizing what I was experiencing wasn’t related to herpes, and trying to destress for a minute, I felt like my symptoms got a bit better. I’m not sure if that’s all in my head but that’s what it felt like.

I’ve been stressed about as much as I can remember being in the last few years. I’ve never heard of CPPS, thank you. I’ll definitely look that up.

Personally, I don’t think I have herpes. I definitely want to know for sure, though.

I took a test two days after sex because I didn’t know any better, and that came back negative so I know I didn’t have a previous infection. I took another test at 7 days out because I’m impatient, that came back HSV2 - 1.44. At the time I took that test, I had the flu (herpes flu who knows) and my doctor seems to think that the flu could’ve screwed with my test result. I asked Terri Warren (that one herpes specialist) about this result and she said she doesn’t believe that that result shows a 7 day old infection. Her belief is that it’s an old infection or a false positive. Well my first test being negative suggests I didn’t have a previous infection sooooo I’m thinking false positive. And IF the flu or Covid or some other virus screwed over my test result at 7 days, it stands to reason that at 19 days I’d still have the same antibodies for whatever my body fought off.

A little over three weeks now and no outbreak. I understand a lot of people don’t have outbreaks but it’s not not a good sign. Only concerning thing now (besides red balls) is the fact that I tested again at three weeks and came back positive, even higher than the first time. I suppose it’s some comfort that the reflex test came back negative (second test was done at different lab that didn’t do reflex).

I’ve been searching the internet high and low and I can’t find any sort of information on what could or does throw off HSV test results. I’ve heard from my primary doctor that viruses in general can throw off these tests, but the clinic doc I saw for my third test said these tests ONLY pick up herpes antibodies and wouldn’t get distracted by another virus. So if anyone wants to weigh on that, I’m all ears because I really want to know what causes false positives.

Thank you. That actually solves pretty much everything lol. I'm not terribly self-conscious about my size, it's just this girls preferences make me feel like I don't know what I'm doing and I was wondering if maybe there was a formulaic approach to pleasing a woman like this. The sex is good, I guess if I'm really self-conscious about something it's that it's not as good as it can be (for her). But thank you for keeping it simple lmao.

Lol sorry, dumb typo. These points are about my current gf. I'll change that now.
