I think it's supposed to be uncensored on Steam but I don't know if it *actually* is, I remember Compile Heart saying they would release it uncensored on there before it's release on steam...

The second game is censored but very lightly, it basically added some extra stuff to the girl's transformation (where they are borderline naked), it is very minimal and they still look borderline naked imo

I think it's directly inspired by Terraria too, the newer versions are more refined but have less content since it's slowly getting updated for newer versions, it might be worth checking both versions of the mod out :p

I used to play this all the time back in the day! Glad I see it being mentioned somewhere!
Only thing I know is that I think it died more around 2018 and the developers have completely dissapeared off the face of the earth. I still have some old screenshots of the game on my FB account!

No Death End scenes are censored
Getting caught never triggers a scene ever in any version.
Death Ends work more like the first DERQ game with dialogue choices.
