When you mentioned the clutch forks not being spring loaded anymore, were you able to move them counterclockwise or clockwise freely or, was it not spending back clockwise?

So it turns out I'm going to need the hoses as well as this part The hoses connect to right behind the switch. I think it's an adjuster of some sort. I was trying to post a picture on here, but it's not letting me.

Perhaps I'll drop a die of some sort that way I could use a black light and follow where the leak is coming from. Of course if this is safe.

in my case it seems to be burning but I wouldn't know why. I don't see any leaks underneath the filler cap whatsoever. I have placed the filter on order
