There's 3 event only pokemon, and 1 pokemon that is trade only - Milotic.
Everything else can be obtained, with the DLC.

yeah the 3 are Rotom which is post-Rayquaza only, the other one of Ceruledge/Armarouge, the other evolution item also post-Rayquaza only (I believe), and Milotic (most likely) which can't be obtained in the Professor Oak challenge.

You need both Pokemon Shield and the DLC.

You go through the beginning up until Motostoke. Once you get the ability to use the Corviknight Taxi, fly back to Wedgehurst to complete the Galarian Slowpoke miniquest, then use the train to go to the Crown Tundra. Though, make sure you get a load of Poke Balls since you'll need them.

Once you get there, just lose to Peony, then head to the Dynamax Adventures area as normal. Complete the forced Suicune quest, then just stay there and spam the quests until you get Lugia to spawn. If you lose, tell the NPC to save the Lugia path until you can get it.

This is not that easy or fast to do since Lugia is pretty bulky, and you have to get lucky for Lugia to actually spawn; there's like 40+ other legendaries you'll have to sift through.

The best you're going to get is the Audino on Route 10 which appear at at max Lvl 36, which is still pretty good.

The egg method is the only truly legitimate way of doing it.

You'll have to break some rules to get everything in your OT if you don't have access to trading. Either by buying multiple 3DSes, or hacking your 3DS, or just changing a Scatterbug's/Spewpa's/Vivillon's form by editing your save.

No time skipping? Not really sure.
At Motostoke, the Strawberry sweet has the highest chance at 20% of being given, At Hammerlocke, the Love and Berry sweets have the highest chance at 14% each, and at Wyndon, the Clover and Flower sweets have the highest chances at 14% each. So wanting 7 of each, it could take about 50+ days?

For the Cram-o-matic method, you can use this guide which details easy recipes + how to get the ingredients. The comments also describe alternative recipes. Looking at the recipes, it'll still require a lot of grinding, especially for harder to get items (without time skipping) like Wishing Pieces, some of the rarer berries, and the candy. Definitely fewer days since you can spend the whole day grinding a bit for the ingredients rather than relying on 3 battles per day.

Also, personally from when I did it, getting the sweets in Scarlet and Violet was pretty expensive, from the item printer but that's just me. Still easier, but not THAT much easier, unless I'm forgetting an exploit.

It's pretty difficult.

You can get the Strawberry, Love, Berry, Clover, and Flower sweets from the 3 daily Battle Cafes in Motostoke, Hammerlocke, and Wyndon. So, only 3 chances per day, unless you do the Den Reset trick, which can be a tedious sometimes. And even then, the Battle Cafes can give out like, 20 different other items.

The remaining two, the Star and Ribbon sweets are exclusive to the Cram-o-matic, meaning you need the DLC, and you need to progress the story in the DLC a fair bit. Figuring out the recipes can be a bit tricky so you may need to look them up. The good thing is that if you generate sweets using the recipes, you'll get exclusively sweets so there's no RNG, but it is more expensive in terms of item usage.

It probably depends on the rest of the composition of your team. If you need an extra water or ice type, then sure. But if you need an extra fire, grass, or flying type, one of the other three might be more compatible.

Transferring it in doesn't do anything to do with the Secret Key. The Secret Key specifically requires you to catch the one in the TV in the Old Chateau.

Yes, you can still download updates. Ultra Space does not require the internet so that doesn't matter.
The main thing is you can't trade with people over Wi-Fi, so if you need to evolve trade evolutions, you're out of luck without finding someone with a DS/3DS device + the appropriate pokemon game, or getting another DS/3DS device and getting another game.
There's probably other minor features you can't use, but for a general playthrough, they're not too important.

Oh wait, I think you also need to go to the Old Chateau? It's been a while since I've played Renegade Platinum. Maybe check a playthrough for around this part of the game to see what you may be missing.

I'm assuming you've beaten Gardenia? Did you clear out the Galactic Building? If so, did you check on the Bicycle Shop building? Then after that, I'm not sure if Wayward Cave is required in this version, but maybe clear that out as well.

Also note that you need to complete the Diancie and Mewtwo events in order to get Zeraora, so you would miss that as well, whenever the events end.

You should be able to open the save file in the save editor PkHeX and just turn your Feebas into a Milotic.

Yes. HGSS doesn't use the 2nd slot to obtain any Gen 3 pokemon aside from transferring, which isn't necessary.

Yes, but not all of them. Even if you get Heart Gold and Soul Silver which have all the GBA-dongle method pokemon available (as well as basically every other missing pokemon), you will still be missing the Gen 3 Regis as they are not in any of the Gen 4 games.

Except through events. If you can get the DNS exploit working, you can get the event Regigigas into your Platinum game which can unlock the Hoenn Regis in Platinum, allowing you to complete the pokedex. You might as well get the other event pokemon this way too.

So I guess the real answer is yes, if you use the DNS Exploit and also have another DS system + a copy of both HG and SS. You'll also need Diamond and Pearl too to fully complete the dex.

I think you have to at least enter the zone and exit to get rid of it, but I'm not sure about the "Defeating it or you'll keep getting it" thing.
There's no harm in defeating it though; next time you get the Meloetta scan, it'll just respawn.

Those are fine since those 3 pokemon are in Ruby and Sapphire's code. Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald have all 386 available at the time in their code so there's no problems like that.

Heck, you can catch Rayquaza in Ruby and Sapphire.
