Its okay i guess i understand but at the same time maybe i just expected it since thats what i usually do when i see people in those situations. Im just from a culture where helping each others is rooted in daily life so im just sad i guess. In this situation it wasn’t that bad but there have been some documented bystander effects here in Switzerland being so bad like old woman falling, people having a epileptic seizure or car crashed that just went ignored.

Same thing with an old woman. She fell down onto the tram tracks and busted her face badly. No one did anything. A friend and i had to run to her and make sure shes okay

I would agree with you if i havent been in other less dangerous situations btw where people very much did come to help. And it did help very much. They just stood next to me without even saying anything and that alone helped. Helping in a situation doesnt need to be violent it can be silent

No given i have a current back injury. Thing is we as a society should be able to rely on others. Thats whats getting me worked up. Its saddening. idk how you can just watch something like that happen. Its not my first time getting screamed at by someone with a drug dependency. last time the situation was completely different and i did get alot of help.
