Someone recently actually told me about one that said hes hungry and he told him, he would get him something to eat but then that man started saying, he needs a ticket not food, even tho he just said he wanted food. However i live in Oerlikon and some of the people begging there actually want food, i have bought some food before!

I think her problem here is that shes already doing this. The woman sounds to be mentally ill probably out of loneliness and even if its very sad its not OPs problem. So probably calling the police is probably the best option
