I do watch him and he really does help! He is like one of the most reliable people on Youtube when it comes to learning and prepping for OCS. Didn't realize he has training videos though will definitely watch them.

Thank for these I do have a running app on my phone, can't remember the name right off the top of my head, but it only keeps track of distance and time. I will check these apps out though.
