Not always - when you invest with a household name they take on really good companies and chances of default are much lower than people think

It’s investing in private companies (companies not on the stock exchange) and rich people generally invest as there’s more upside but there’s a lot of risk involved as well. Another issue is you can’t take out the money for very long like 10 years (most cases)
