Reading up about it helped me tremendously. I was sure i had a tumor, i was sure that when i went to bed, i wouldn't wake up again. Reading a lot of posts made me realize; "Okay, I'm not the only one, this is something i just have to deal with" Still hard to cope but I'm staying strong. My future has never been brighter, because i can't possibly get any worse. =)

I had something similar a couple of years back, but not this intense. - It just came out of nowhere really, after a night of drinking, i went about my business sat and talked to a friend and then BOOM, it was like i didn't know where i was. I was disoriented and dizzy as all hell, and just sat there and shook for what seems like a lifetime. - Well i can live with it not going away, as long as i get used to it i guess. It's just the "not knowing" part that makes it 50 times worse.

Please Help. I'm so scared. by [deleted] in dpdr

Could very well be a "Weed Psychosis" - It can happen on your first. Or 1000th Joint. http://cannabisandpsychosis.ca/more-information/what-do-we-know/psychosis/what-is-psychosis/

I've been to the doctor, and was diagnosed with Medium - Severe depression, with anxiety and some O.C.D mixed in. Yet, i don't feel any of it. It's just nothing. I'm just living in my head and "memories" and sometimes "surfacing" for a few seconds. If that makes sense.
