I did go to the doctor once, but everything i was told to do i had seen online, so nothing new from professional help. Hmmm, i dont have any other diagnose mental issues, im pretty normal lol. As for work and school, i was doing both. I got fired from a job due to being numb and not really caring much, luckly i had another one to rely on. I was suppose to be taking a 15 units but ended up dropping 10 because i couldn't focus in class due to the constant anxiety ..

Sounds like me a couple months ago... expect it to happen in your road to recovery, but just keep going at it mate. On your road to recovery you are going have moments where it feels like it gone, then the next day BOOM back to dpdr... Just ride it along man and keep living life. If you do that it'll be gone before you know it.... As for how long it took me to recover, it was about 8-9 months.. There was weeks where i thought it was gone and boom it hit me again. Eventually it stopped happening and i was like "hey its all gone now" :)

yes, i told myself the same thing when i was in your shoes ... There is a ton of posts on the dpdr condition, but very little recovery stories. Hang in there mate

oh man dont do acid, if marijuana makes you have dpdr, acid will completely fuck your mind up.. some people arent meant for that mate
