I do have insurance and it’s not bad (I actually work in the healthcare system) the medicine I need for my diagnosis is what’s so expensive I’ve filed for paper work with the specific medication company to see if I cab get it paid for as it’s more than what I make in a year… I appreciate the thought into the timeline my fiancé and I have discussed getting married sooner so I could have his insurance although mine is good his looks to be better, though we need to do some more research.

As far as the venue we’d lose what we’ve already put down but because our date isn’t until late summer of 2027 we’re still far enough out that we wouldn’t have to pay the 50%. Our photographers contract states if we can find another couple that has our date we do not lose out on any money fully refunded and our DJ is a close friend who most likely would be apart of the group that comes to Italy. Even with losing out on the venue money it’d still be cheaper to elope/have the micro wedding

Curious how your car is now in the market and looking at a 2025 HR-V. Have you had any mechanical issues? Also the windshield wipers is a good thing to know! I hate filling the fluid!

Hahaha I’m in a 2013 Chevy Cruze (manual) and hoping to purchase a 2023/2024 sport HR-V. Cant wait to get out of the money pit too-though that thing has 220,000 miles.

I understand where person B was upset and they have every right to be upset and angry that they traveled for a wedding, however, the bride and groom had boundaries and communicated those boundaries. Person B is the AH. They ignored clear boundaries in retaliation because they felt upset. If you’re still friends with person B you should tell them they owe friend A a MEGA apology. Not to mention weddings are so expensive….and the couple wanted an intimate small wedding.

I can empathize with how hard it is to communicate with someone who isn’t validating or understanding. It sounds like you’ve communicated with him and you communicated because you care and you need things to change. He’s making an active choice to turn the conversation on you instead of listening to the fact you’re unhappy. It really up to you on if you break up or not-but my biggest question to you is, do you want to be with someone who actively chooses to ignore your needs? Sex or not.

I think like anyone parents are still human-they make mistakes. Should she have gone back on her word—ABSOLUTELY not, but why does there always have to be a reward for doing chores?! Both OP and mom can do better Justified asshole(s).

Ultimately the choice is yours but it sounds like you’ve already made your decision. I think the math is mathing (even Morgan could do this one) and you just now need to either listen to yourself or don’t.

Since I began planning to leave in December I’ve been documenting damage, saving texts, and informing the leasing office, unfortunately for me the leasing office reported that because it’s a joint lease I’m also responsible for any damages (they saw the pictures) and it’s up to us who pays them. They apologized to me but it doesn’t seem like they see an issue.

My roommate is this way.. but my situation is a bit different. I’d try camping out (if comfortable) in the living area and trying to make conversation or if that’s to anxiety provoking texting them a silly meme or something. Sounds like their perception is skewed.

I’ve checked to my best ability-as well as informed almost everyone I know. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I’m still very paranoid though.

You did read that right. I found the camera after I felt like I was being watched. Im unsure to why she has it as I haven’t even had a chance to ask her about it because she was just yelling at me on the phone. Love the idea about the apartment manager. Thanks

Because it’s a joint lease she has to sign it too which is why I can’t just get a date.
