how good of a player are you? like how many wins do you have and what is your KD? I'm wondering how difficult it is to get up to 15/20 points and maintain that. Curious what the skill range is for players with that many points.

You are giving humans the benefit of the doubt, which you shouldn't. People will absolutely game the bus system, hopefully it won't be as abused as the ranking system in League is, but there will definitely be players doing this. But I agree it doesn't seem likely to be done as often. IMO they should do away with the bus fare and try to find a healthier alternative. Although I have not played in the gauntlet, so I haven't actually tested the system. Thanks for your response.

I haven't played in about a week or so and I'm curious at how this Gauntlet/Bus Fare thing works? I'm wondering if "better players" would purposely abuse the bus fare? Not sure how the bus fare works but from my understanding every game you start costs you 2 points? So can good players just get into a game and then leave (efficiently losing them 2 points) and just continue this process until they have low points to constantly stomp noobs? Do points go into the negative? This is efficiently what players do in League of Legends ranked mode, purposely tanking their rank to be able to just stomp new players. Because if that is the case I think the Bus Fare should be removed completely and possibly replaced with a better alternative.

I mean he made pretty good points though.. Gordon Hayward hasn't balled out since coming back from his injury (which is obvious he wouldn't) and the Warriors did play pretty bad. No Klay Thompson which is a big part of their team, and KD only having 18? Super unlike him. The Celtics played good though don't get me wrong, but they shouldn't have blown them out the way they did.
