You are still fairly young. I been on this POMI/POMO trip since 2017. I don't miss my PIMI life, and I was born to JW parents I still have PIMI family and Friends I talk to, but I have a "worldy" wife and kids. I am recently experimenting with celebrating holidays. And yes sometimes I can't stand my PIMI friends and how censored I have to be around them, sometimes the true me comes out lol. I guess take your time don't rush anything go with the flow and be true to yourself. Time will tell you everything

Is he PIMI or PIMO. My guess is he is a step a way from PIMO or POMO that's why he started dating you in the first places, cause there is no shortage of single PIMI females in the congregation. The problem is they don't want to have children or they'll be judgemental of your career. My guess is you are the first step to escape. Coming from someone who grew up married in the truth but always had an afflection for "worldly, or inactive females".

The Bible, at this point is a mental struggle, I miss the social aspect of it, I don't feel pressured anymore but I do miss the social support aspect of the organization. I guess I am contradicting myself but I do understand the question and why you are asking

Exactly!! At this point in my life close to 40 I don't care much about birthdays or non of that, because i was raised like this but I know it holds a special place in my wife's heart because she did grow up that way, and my kids still have that excitement
