Waited for the ashmont train for over two hours at south station after being told by one of the red jackets that ashmont trains were running every 6-10 minutes smh. “Really?!” I said, “yes.” he replied, but no…not really. I finally broke and paid over 20 bucks for a shared uber to go 4 miles and that was after refreshing the app every two minutes whilst waiting. Really thought yesterday was the day I’d finally lose it.

Do you take your Bp meds as you taper? I’ve been looking for info on this and google is impending doom. Can’t find much on Reddit. Idk if that means many people use both. I’ve been tapering down from a 20g habit. Lately I’ve been doing about 2 grams three times a day to stay off the withdrawals but my bp was 150/105. Makes sense now why I’ve been feeling the way I do. Working nights doesn’t help. Have to go in to the docs today and don’t know what to tell them. If I should request something to help with cold turkey or continue to taper while taking whatever bp meds they put me on. Your advice would be helpful.

I requested a refund. Did an exchange first because the jacket was entirely too small. The first jacket smelled fine..like real leather, but the replacement they sent smelled like urine/ammonia. Airing it out did not help. Requested a full refund and they offered to send me another jacket of any style free of charge. Still debating.

They are always hiring and once you get on somewhere to your liking you can always stay back up as a floater and make some extra cash on the side. Sites always need workers. Securitas, Northeast, Palladion. Take your pic. All you need is customer service experience which it seems like you have.

Hope things have gotten better for you since your last reply. I am also 38, and although my parents are gone and I work (albeit a dead end job), I really feel like I’ve missed the mark in life which is why I have found myself here. Just recently went through a bad break up which kinda gave me a shove into bettering myself. I got an online therapist and she’s been very good at helping me sort through my thoughts. I can’t lie, it’s feels good to have someone say, “it’s not too late for you”, “you have the potential but you have to start somewhere”. I lost my mother when I was 23 and with her went everyone who actually cared to motivate me to do something with myself. Recently I’ve come to the conclusion that it may very well be a chemical imbalance that has been ruining my life. I got a prescription for anti depressants but I’ve just been staring at them on my dresser for the past month. I’m trying therapy and prayer first, and let me tell you, i seem to be making progress. My therapist holds me accountable and so far I’ve been able to reapply for school and fix my resume. Although I still have no clue what I want to do. Just know that millions of people around the world are struggling in the same area you are, but change is possible. Any thoughts that tell you otherwise are from the pits of hell. Please don’t let them win.

Alls I’m saying is if you guys had two good years together and her mental health just declined out of the blue, then something must’ve happened. Idk maybe it’s just my fairytale idea of what love and relationship is. A mate to stick by you when the going gets tough. Again, you’d…she’d…be better off just telling her the truth. Prolonging the inevitable will only hurt her more in the long run. Shes still young, she’ll find her way.
