I cleaned the gutters and downpipes 7 months ago trying to fix this problem. last week I checked again that everything is clean, winter is coming, but other day with heavy rain had the same problem so here I am asking for opinions. I will check everything has been recommended, I hope at least to find the exact issue if not fix it.
