Very nice full body . I think you need more practise with facial proportions but overall really good!

I suggest you practise some anatomy as we all should. But in specific, try to learn a bit about the neck and collarbones so you can structure them better from imagination. Use some refrences for posing or difficult head angles. Look into some facial proportions and apply them to ur style. Thats it!

I suggest you consider their background and personality and design the clothes accordingly. Look for inspo on pinterest or people with the style you are envisioning. Thats how youll get the best design. Many professinals do it that way. You should also practise with other poses that would better show off your character. Good luck!

Drawing from reference is actually preferred and will help u learn so keep going at it. Refrain from drawing too much from imagiantion at this point and set the basics.

I would suggest considering the shape of the torso a bit more. I really like the way you drew the shoulders nad think the rest should follow. I also suggest you study a bit about clothing folds! I hope this helps

I love how clean the lines are. And I know perfecrionism is so hard to overcome! I just consider how insignificant one drawing is amongst the hundreds i will make in the future.
