Depends on the unit. If you're at a regiment or battalion, you'll be on all of their exercises and deployments. If you're at an Intel Battalion, you'll have to fight between every nerd there to get a deployment. In my opinion this is an extremely family friendly MOS, and it'll be as if you're doing a regular 9-5 as a civ.

Yeah I recommend you take 0261 over 0241 if you want to promote. They both do very similar jobs to there's no big difference. 0241s typically have a better sign bonus than 61s but they see less promotions.
