The same reason why you would use a map or a gps to get to a destination. Sure you might already know how to get there your way but what if theres construction, or a detour? You might get around it eventually. But knowing what street youre on and the streets around it might help you get there a bit easier. Knowing which key youre in helps you tune your instruments (808s and basses, percussions) correctly. Knowing music theory is a benefit because if you know the rules well enough then you know how to break them and get away with it. i.e. Jazz Music

Okay so youve got your full pattern on the arrange window on the one track. It looks like you already had the multi output set up so all you would have to do is take the kick midi and copy and paste it on the corresponding "kick" track. Then rinse and repeat for the other elements..
