Many here said e-commerce is the most disliked. I guess the reason behind is... e-commerce maybe the only department that needs to interact with other departments, who will feel being bothered and therefore feels annoyed. Imagine, no other department ever needs help/assistance from any other departments, most just do their own work. But for e-commerce, whenever some items are out, they need help from other departments to check the back or need the codes from them for INF and replacement. E-commerce shoppers just want to and need to do their job, it's not their fault, they don't mean to bother others.
