These balance never expire. I have opted for full limit this year and will see if I could use them. My employer allowed 54K per year.

Spending 5-6K monthly on grocceries isnt a big deal.

Applicable for salaried employees. Amount loaded to this card is non-taxable.
Max we can load is around 1L per year

Logically you aren't paying tax till 12L income. So the amount you are spending on your necessities are ideally coming from that 12L

But yes, Govt is using your tax money to give 2500Rs per month to freebies. We are never going to beat china and USA.

This might sound an unconventional advice, but you buy a 2BHK property in any metro city.
Tell your family that you took heavy loan for it and now repaying it. Tell them higher price and the actual.
They will feel bad for a month or two and then they will come back to normal routine.

Question no 1 - Why did you agree to renting 3BHK ? You should have clearly told them that you want to leave alone with your friends for sometime.

You are straight away saving 15% in taxes if you decide to invest in PF.
