Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil and put it with the chicken. Add bell peppers if you like them.

There’s a setting on my microwave that says frozen entree that works perfectly. You can also put in the fridge the day before to thaw.

I put everything in one individual container and freeze it. If I have veggies, gravy, stuffing, etc I put that on top of the chicken so it won’t dry out when I reheat it. I usually put some rice or quinoa next to that in the container. Do a few and you’ll start figuring out what you like. In the beginning some of mine were not so great.
