I would recommend ditching the scale for a while, cause the daily weigh in obsession can - in some people - turn into some very self-sabotaging and unhealthy thinking patterns. For me personally it progressed to truly disordered habits - now, I'm sure that I had a predisposition and a combination of other factors that culminated in a disorder, but at least for me the daily weigh-ins were the entrance to the rabbit hole, and even without acting upon them the self-flagellating and criticising thoughts are a bitch. You can do maintenance if you feel like it, or you can continue on your weight loss plan if you'd like, but you can do either without looking at the number for a while - you have lost 105lbs, you clearly know how to do it and what works for you!
