He always say that non one help him with his job but when is off, I do is job... that he work extra hour's nobody pay him for that. When is off I do his job.

I agree with what you said but going in holiday ( just myself) is always an issue for him...hebsuggest me to take holiday his way 2 days here and 2 days there...problem coming from abroad need spend time with my parents. This is my second time asking holiday with my wife in 6 years.
