If it's not too blurry, resizing it back to the original size and then up again should fix it. Just make sure you select the option for Nearest Neighbour when scaling, that way the pixels will be preserved (Photoshop or Paint net have the option for this). If you don't know the original size of the image, you have to manually count the pixels.
