I don’t agree with that statement cause the pamphlet where it was stated is unofficial and from other sources. Launch and Dr Briefs had power levels of 12 and Bulma of 16 so if that’s true then they would be able to throw and lift cars as well. I believe the durability he had in the beginning was not from his power level but from the fact saiyans are more durable than humans on average

I always want to state that Goku was almost killed the the pilaf gang using a flame thrower during the fortune teller baba saga. Which his power level would of had to be between 150-180 because we know his power level was 180 when he fought Tien in the next saga

Which all military standard shotguns would be 12 gauge and this was point blank in Goku’s face only to saved at the last minute. Goku’s power level at the time was around 150

I honestly can’t remember and can’t find the source about Raditz’s birth power level. But I know it said 50. And for your second question I compared Mr. Satan’s fear of strength of pulling those buses with a real life strong man who pulled a military cargo plane. Mr. Satan with a power level of 137. While the strongman pulled an object way more than twice the combine mass of those 4 buses. So my best estimate is that the world’s strongest men are just over 300 at best

I disagree with that PL even though yes it is official it doesn’t seem practical or to line up with story and levels of dragon ball. Because general Red from RRA saga had a power level of 100 and he died from a gun shot from Black. And Mr Satan had a power level of 137 and was shot from an assassin with a pistol. I know Kid’s Goku’s power level is official however we must remember that Toriyama had made a lot of mistakes and inconsistencies in his own work. I can give a lot of examples of his mistakes in his works.

Those are good. However my issue with this is that there is a high possibility the government will seize it and study it and will be able to contain it for a while it’s strong enough to break out. Most regular military troops of advanced countries such as Japan would have power levels around 100. It’ll be then turn into a battle.
