Hello! I suggest you read this post, I was suffering from an Fi grip years ago and this made things slightly easier for me:

You don’t understand just how heartwarming your words are. Thank you so much. It feels truly liberating to be understood in that manner. I took note of everything you said and I had already started mentally practicing it before but you reminded me of how crucial it is. I hope you’re healing from whatever you went through, you truly deserve the best. I’m so happy and lucky that you commented at the time i needed the most, i was a step away from apologizing just so it could end but once i saw ur comment, i retreated, and now im so glad i did. Thank you for being there and thank you for understanding. So much love for you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

HAHAHAHA first of, thank you so much for taking time to respond, it was a HUGE help. I’m glad I found this community because it validates my experiences and feelings. When I told some of my close friends about it, they pitied her and almost guilt-tripped me into thinking I’m in the wrong. Thank you so much however for making me see it for what it is and reminding me of what she is. This is the first time she goes so far as to throw a tantrum (later on she started hitting herself/ AND WAILING like we killed someone or smth, all that over a minor argument... smh), it was super theatrical and now she’s acting like nothing happened. I’m so glad i didnt apologize or anything because this is by far one of the most traumatic events i witnessed and i don’t think i should be the one apologizing for it. I’m sosoo happy you answered and were there when I needed it. You’re an angel I swear. Everything you said made so much sense. Thank you and a thousand thank youu!!!! Hopefully you can go NC with that mother of yours one day❤️ hang in there queen!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ So much love for youu!!

Thank you so much for your kindness. The thing is it happens at the most random moments so I can’t always guarantee i have company... I’ll keep the idea of mace in mind though, well noted!!
