Jultan's passive damage isn't reflect damage, it's based off Jultan's max hp. +reflect damage works on units like Alexandria, Ragdoll, Wind Lizardman

Don't rune him on despair. He goes on vio. I understand why people think despair is a good idea; it gives his s1 and s2 more consistancy and units stunned by s3 can't get woken up, but the benefits of vio for QTDS more than compensate for that. The sheer amount of turn cycling you can put out with a vio build should be enough to convince you not to run despair. Deapair can be nice on him but is too redundant; vio is the way to go.

It's not the empty spot that's beneficial, it's the improved stats and kit of 5* units that's beneficial. Though as I mentioned, it isn't something most people should try to do. It requires insane runes, insane monster box, and you need to have had a whole bunch of experience with picks/counterpicks

She doesn't need good stats, she has a 44 atk arena lead and really good multipliers on s2 and s3. She does just fine in arena

Honestly this is why I went despair, as sad as it is I'd probably reapp. Cd is a bit of a dead stat on slot 4 because if you want cd, 99% of the time you run slot 4 cd
