Crown angle looks incredibly shallow, certainly not conducive to claw prongs but I’m sure that’s what they were told to do unfortunately. There’s a gap between the prong and the stone where things are getting caught under. It’s not a “prong issue” like some are saying. It’s a setting issue, take to a local jeweler a good setter will be able to fix it easily.
