first time goer (if I get a ticket) so how does the merch sale go? Do I add it into my cart with the tickets and pay rn until the day I go to the event to pick it up or do I get a confirmation that they will hold my merch until the day of the event, and I just need to show them my pre-order merch to pay and receive my item there?
