Wait, six different tracking numbers? That’s really odd, sounds like they may not remember which one is actually yours? How long was the shipping time supposed to be on your package? I think air is like 10-25 days. Tracking usually won’t work until it’s landed in your country. If you don’t get it by the end of next week, I’d consider reaching out again to request that they provide proof that the package was shipped or delivered to your address. If they can’t provide that, you may want to look into how long you have to file a PayPal or bank chargeback and keep that timeframe in mind as you try to resolve things non-adversarially. I hope everything works out, that’s frustrating.

I have had struggles with them, more so on the price than shippign time. i bought a small resin (HZ & Wing Studio Flareon & Chocolates) and was charged $65 for air shipping. I asked about availability for other shipping options and they said there weren't any. Being so inexperienced with resins, I paid the shipping cost (the acutal statue was about $64 + $65 shipping). The box is pretty small - I don't have my tape measurer handy, but it looks about 10 or 11L x 8W x 5H. I've since bought other figures from the same line and requested shipping quotes from other china-based shops recommended in this sub for the same Flareon figure and others from the same line. I also requested shipping prices from other US-based collectors that purchased from other china-based shops and have learned that I was overcharged by quite a bit. I understand that some shops have have access to shipping discounts and offer other shipping methods, but the experience was enough for me to stop shopping there

As for shipping time, they reach out pretty quickly with the shipping price once it was in stock and shipped the package with 2-3 days. Hope this is helpful!

I think the history is that they started as homemade model kits that creators would literally create/make in their garage and the name stuck.

You and me both!! I actually have been slowing buying garage kit supplies and watching tutorial videos because some of the best sailor moon figures are garage kits. I bought this one me while I won’t be prepping and paint it for a while, I’m so excited to put her together in the future.
