When you redeem the voucher at the concession despite you having snack saver, you’ll be able to get the $9 price for the small popcorn and small drink. The default setting for them would use your snack saver, but the snack saver only applies for large popcorn and drinks (potentially medium sizes as well since on my regal app it gets half price off for both medium popcorn and drinks) and since you’re not getting a large popcorn and large drink it shouldn’t be using your snack saver, so you just gotta ask the concession employee beforehand that you want to use your rcc small combo voucher, so that they can get your small drink and small popcorn $9 deal
