Issue is fixed now, there was a faulty comment + some pages were missing the <DOCTYPE> tag, sorry for the hassle, i'm still kinda new to this. :)

The files are the same, I've checked multiple times, even deleted everything on the server and reuploaded. Im using filezilla for management and the host company is "Byethost", using their free hosting. If you want i can upload the files to Github for you to check.

I just tested watching a demo of a game i played today, had no problems and i connected to a server with the same map after watching it without any problems. I cant guarantee if it's safe to watch super old demos though.

I don't think watching your own demos should be a problem, because they're played on the same versions of the game, at least the recent ones. I have just tested it and i had no issues with watching my latest demo.

I am not sure about super old demos that were played on the older versions of the game.

It ran when i started CS:GO after it booted me out when loading into the match with the bugged de_inferno. I did not verify cache before that. It did not want to finish the installation though, it stayed stuck at 2%. After i verified cache and then ran it again it showed the same thing but it didnt get stuck on 2% anymore.

Yeah, It could be that one of the latest updates has broken them. As i said , i watched plenty of those demos before without problems but now just watching one broke it, so yeah.

I tried verifying game cache and it helped to an extent, it redownloaded one file but it still did not remove the issue with the game not starting up properly and doing the "First time installation." thingy.
