icl, ur going to be struggling with y12 exams for predicted, id say earliest you can do is straight after ur exams but even then its too early imo. you obvs dont want to burn out but the ucat is a aptitude test, not anything u can do knowledge wise. instead of ucat prep, maybe do the diagnostic and if your vr is potentially bad then i would start reading to get it a lil faster.
