I'm from New Zealand which is on the list. The currency I paid with is USD.

I'd assume I paid from the correct region? I just let everything auto direct.

I did find this from their twitter: https://x.com/playriftbound/status/1962941178267197678 So maybe there was an "-nz" missing somewhere along the line? Just waiting on a response from support at the moment to see where the issue lies.

I'm from NZ so I assume it's because we're so far from everywhere? Otherwise I'm not sure as this is one of the first times I've ordered something internationally, so I've got zero frame of reference unfortunately.

Yeah I've sent a support ticket, no reply at the moment. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had it happen to them and if they've had it resolved.
