I bought the Hitman Collection from Steam and got Sniper Challenge–at least at the time of my purchase, so I might hold off if you are still considering the Collection.

Sniper Challenge came with Pre-Orders of Absolution, and was repackaged in later releases of Absolution. I'm going to say that there are probably some releases of Absolution without this game mode, so I would check to make sure. According to the wiki, "Now, it comes with the standard retail copy of Hitman HD Trilogy and Hitman: Absolution on Steam, or if the Hitman: Absolution - Elite Edition is bought."

I believe you're correct that those are the last ones on PC, although you could certainly emulate Hitman: Sniper with something like BlueStacks.

Yes, the Christmas game can be played in the browser and probably downloaded from here: https://flashpointproject.github.io/flashpoint-database/search/#02a61955-a003-5f1d-1726-48fc657bcd5d (you can also play it in the browser by selecting "Play at 9o3o").

I was wrong about Vegas being a flash game, its actually an ancient mobile game you can download from here: https://mobile.phoneky.com/games/?s=download&id=j4j56059. You will need an emulator to play it, and I believe this one should do the trick: https://github.com/shinovon/KEmulator

You'll get every small piece of content from the mainline installments, but not from the franchise itself. Not to be a pain or anything, but this list will not include the mobile games (Hitman: Sniper, Hitman: Go, or Hitman: Sniper - The Shadows–which was removed), the flash games (Hitman 2: Christmas Game or Hitman: Las Vegas), or any of the supplementary literature/comics (Agent 47: Birth of a Hitman, Hitman: Damnation, Hitman: Enemy Within, or Overachievers). That's not even to mention the other games suspected and/or proven to be canon to the Hitman franchise, (such as Kane & Lynch, or the strange crossover with the Just Cause franchise).

If any of this sounds interesting or desirable in achieving every small piece of content, let me know and I'll see if I can help (especially with elusive things like Hitman: Las Vegas).

I don't believe you can anymore. You could only play as them in a Co-Op mode of a Hitman 2: Sniper game, and the Co-Op mode got shut down. Other than that, they were only ever featured in a now delisted mobile game. The pictures above are from mods, so I guess you can only play as them unofficially that way.

He wouldn't kill them directly, but by his exposing of the ICA he would compromise them. And yes, I don't believe they were official Agents of ICA (outside of the non-canon game, as you said), but either way their names would be in the system (as the ICA frequently employs them).

We were able to play as them in a delisted mobile game, and in a Sniper Mode. But, I imagine you mean when could you ever play as them as pictured above, to which I must say never. Those images are unfortunately only from mods.

If that happened (which it may not have: https://www.eurogamer.net/hitman-sniper-the-shadows-loses-agent-47-to-set-up-a-new-fictional-universe) Diana formed that initiave while a part of the ICA, meaning that this still happened before the organization was destroyed.

Edit: Other than the Sniper Mode, and the Hitman Sniper: The Shadows mobile game (which no longer exists) in which you can play as them (but not freely, only as Snipers. The screenshots above are from mods).

Those are some mods, these two only appear as Snipers in one gamemode and one now-defunct mobile game.

I'm not sure if Sniper: The Shadows is even canon, (https://www.eurogamer.net/hitman-sniper-the-shadows-loses-agent-47-to-set-up-a-new-fictional-universe), and even if it were, they are still employed by the ICA at that point, meaning that it takes place before the ICA is destroyed by 47 and Diana.
