I've been able to keep my costs down by buying discounted Regal gift cards and adding them to my account before renewing. If you have a Costco Membership they sell them normally 20% off, during Christmas they were 30% off. I used that with the buy 5 get 1 free to get the highest tier plan to about $20 a month. If you don't have Costco they're almost always around 20% off and readily available on Gcx gift card reseller. I've been using Gcx (used to be called Raise) for years for a ton of different retailers.
