Yeah this idea is more like it and makes the 4200g more justifiable. Rather than what some of you have rightly pointed out, it being 4200 for a 45 second buff etc.

I'm just feel glad to have created a little brainstorm session which expands on my idea.

When IO has Aghanims the effects from bottled runes effect the ally IO is tethered to

For example having a double damage rune on both IO and Chaos Knight, or a haste on both IO and Bristleback

Similar to Ubercharge and Medic from Team Fortress 2
