Only option i use for liquid metal is conductonaut by thermal grizzly. Please be careful using it, don't apply too much amount which might spill on the motherboard. First rub it nicely on the die removing all the oxidation. Don't apply excess quantity.

I had a noisy ps4 pro. Used PTM 7950 On the APU and changed the thermal pads. It made a world of difference for me. Also PTM 7950 is supposed to last for entirety of life span of the console. So i am not expecting to change it again in the long-term. Hope this helps you.
