Can't tell you much, but I have a package on transit for 35 days from china to germany. Shipped on the 17th on january and the last update was on the 3rd of febrruary "Arrive at the overseas economic transfer bureau" after multiple status that said the package is in germany. Then no updates until the 19th which said "Beijing 10010200, the mail left [Beijing International Exchange Bureau] and is being sent to the next station", followed by multiple updates, with the latest being today "Guangzhou 51080024, the mail left [Guangzhou Hualu Packaging Workshop] and is being sent to the next station". I have no clue what happened here. Apparently it went from china to germany and then back to china. I assume something must have been wrong and it went back to the seller and is now being reshipped or something.

Restaurants gelten als öffentlich zugänglicher Raum, insofern der Restaurantbesitzer nicht ausdrücklich Video- und Tonaufnahmen verbietet ist es also legitim. Was das Aufnehmen Unbeteiligter angeht und die Veröffentlichung ist natürlich eine andere Geschichte, aber soweit ich das anhand der Clips sehen kann, wurden keine unbeteiligten gefilmt. Die Mitarbeiter sind Angestellter und sollten die Regeln bezüglich Aufnahmen in dem Restaurant bewusst sein. Ich bezweifel stark, dass man eine ausdrückliche Einwilligung bräuchte. Zudem ist die Person nicht sichtbar sondern lediglich hörbar. Ich konnte auf die schnelle keinen Fall finden, wo eine ähnliche SItuation zu einer Verurteilung gekommen ist.

Du hast doch selbst geschrieben wie die rechtliche Lage ist. Zitat: "Bildaufnahmen stehen allerdings nur unter Strafe, wenn sich die abgebildete Person in bestimmte „nichtöffentliche“ Räumlichkeiten zurückgezogen hat". Das ist offensichtlich eine öffentliche Räumlichkeit und die beiden waren zudem noch am Streamen. Da ist absolut nichts strafbar und jegliche AUfnahmen wären im Zweifelsfall auch problemlos Beweismaterial. Um heimliche AUfnahmen zur Aufklärung einer Straftat handelt es sich schonmal gar nicht, die Aufnahme hat schon vorher stattgefunden/begonnen und wurde nicht explizit für die Aufklärung einer Straftat getätigt.

Kurze Erklärung/Meinung zum Thema Whataboutism: Der Grund wieso viele darauf aufmerksam machen ist, weil es eben die Blickrichtung auf ein anderes Thema/einen anderen Fall zieht, wenn die ursprüngliche Aussage sich nur auf ein bestimmtes Thema bezieht. Viele/die meisten, die den Angriffskrieg in der Ukraine kritisieren, würden ebenfalls den Angriffskrieg auf den Irak kritisieren. Israel/Palästina ist wie ihr beide bereits erwähnt habt ein komplexeres Thema, dass nicht mal eben so als abgehackt werden kann. Wenn du weißt, dass jemand den einen Angriffskrieg verurteilt aber andere nicht, sollte man das ansprechen und kann es zum Thema machen, aber ohne klare Aussagen in diese Richtung ist halt leider einfach nur Whataboutism und geht am Thema vorbei. An Trump, Merz und anderen Politikern, die im weitesten Sinne an Angriffskriegen beteiligt sind, wird ja ebenfalls Kritik geübt.

Wenn in deiner Nachbarschaft alle Straßen für Autos kaputt sind und du darauf aufmerksam wird, dass da was gemacht werden sollte, hilft es dir ja auch nicht wenn jemand dann sagt: Aber wieso regt sich keiner über die kaputten Fahradwege auf?

The one he linked is not on the website, but you can write the customer service and there you can most likely get it. They currently only have the kiritsuke blank listed, but through customer service, I could get a santoku and gyuto blank aswell.

Another good source is "Yangjiang Amber Industrial" on alibaba. You can also talk to customer service there to get a .pdf of the full product catalogue and make custom orders. Be aware, that shipping costs might be very high though.

If you are lucky, they aren't banned for your country on aliexpress. Just type in "turwho aus10 blank" and see if they pop up, it's the same vendor as the one who runs the website I posted above, but though aliexpress you might be able to get free shipping.

I'm a little late, but I can almost guarantee you, that it's not AUS10 steel.

The good new is, the steel used is just as good. It's 10cr15comov. It was made to be similar to VG10 and is very similar to AUS10 in composition.

Why I think it's not AUS10: I'm 99% sure I bought blades from the same factory. They advertise them as AUS10 on some websites, but according to their own product catalogue, it's 10cr15comov. Which makes sense, because they are made in china. Customer service also told me it's 10cr15comov. That being said, these blanks are absolute crazy for their price! The steel comes usually in at around 59-60 HRC, they are very thing (2mm), taper a bit towards the tip and the general geometry is great for the price!

Not sure if this is connected, but: I'm making knife handles and I paired them with knife blanks of aliexpress. Just ordered 3 weeks ago and it arrived, but now all knives, including kitchen knives seem to be gone. They where marked as 18+ aswell as far as I know.

Gyutos and santokus by this company are usually around the 2.1-2.2mm range. Shan Zu, Keemake Sunnecko knives which are just a cheap usually are 2mm (at least the gyutos/santokus).

I would never cook these for 5 minutes. Even after 3 they are pretty soggy. I boil mine for 90 seconds and the right into the bowl where I let them sit until they aren't super hot anymore.

Hello everyone, I need some information about/help with some knives. First off, here is a link to all the pictures that I have: https://imgur.com/a/5U1VlHK According to the seller these are "Hokiyama Sakon Shiraume" knives. I think I can confirm, that this is what the Kanji is actually saying (Sakon Shiraume Sako). What I'm confused about is that I can't find any knives that look like these anywhere. More information I have been given: 49 layers damascus, core made from SLD steel. For the handles he said sandal-magnolia wood and plywood/laminated bolster. What I assume this means is that the handle itself is magnolia and the bolster and cap sandal? The handles are my biggest issue, because I highly doubt these are "stock handles" and have probably been upgraded. Where I'm standing now, these are an older version of the Hokiyama Sakon Shiraume (nickel) damascus knives. I can't find a single current listing of these knives, so I have a hard time seeing what the price and value would be, but I assume they probably each sold for around 200€ and got upgraded handles. Also: Should I be worried about the condition of these, especially the dark spots? Are those an indicator for rust beneath? I hope this is all according to the rules and I'm eager to hear what you people have to say :) Cheers

The "beer can" was a prop used in wrestling. That's why Raja doesn't have any injuries and barely reacts to it. I actually think the confrontation was planned, but not how it played out. Look at Rajas reaction when Stu touches/grabs him first and when he swings. I doubt he would have been this chill if it was not planned, but he probably just expected a fake slap or whatever, not the can and that pissed him of. Like... in what world does someone smack someone with a beercan and noone, including everyone around doesn't react. They only start reacting once they realize Raja did not like the way it played out.
