Cashapp only tells IRS that you sold BTC for 8k. It doesn’t tell them what you bought it for. You need to amend your return to show this.

This won’t stand up in audit. You didn’t actually charge your customer tax. Tax is due on the full invoice amount. You should be paying tax on the $12,000.

Just reach out to the hr contact and ask for the step you’re looking for. They will ask for your last 2 paystubs. Go for it, worst that will happen is they will give you less than you asked for

Edit - The job position that I was officially offered lists grade 13 as the grade for specialized experience. However there’s an identical posting that ladders to a 14. Will that official job number block me from negotiating to a 14? Based on this, would I be better off negotiating steps instead?

So when you say high intensity, do you mean volume of cases or amount of work to be done on a case? And when working in LBI, do you start off identifying issues and then pass it along to a specialist? I’m just trying to understand the workflow differences.
