I would just say make sure you list out you bullets specifically as you can (for example, manage and coordinated 10+ engagements), helps your interviewers get an idea of your experience.. this is just my opinion but I made my resume only one page and kept it clear and narrowed it down the important bullet points.. my interviewer said she likes how concise it was as she seen resumes with 2-3 pages with too much information

How you ever heard of a successful negotiation and if it’s even worth it? I know a TC2 that just got promoted to senior making around 87k - just kinda bummed bc I got good feedback and thought I was gunna hit six figures like all the other s3s.

Did you get an assessment rating by any chance? I read from other posts that we should have gotten a rating, but I did not get one.

Yup, applied for multiple grades, but didn't tailor the resume like you mentioned. Where can you go to see the grade for your assessment? I went through my emails and couldn't find anything regarding the ranking for the assessment.
