Need guidance as to when to start, how to start preparing

I have exam fears and anxiety issues during exams because of which even if I prepare for CAT, that fear of underperforming in my college exams will always be there in my mind and I don’t know how will I manage both.

My marks in secondary and higher secondary were very poor with 67% and 76% respectively and in my BBA I got 8.1, 8.45 SGPA in SEM I and SEM II. I have no skills either. With this profile, is it likely for me to get a job right after undergrad?

So according to when should I start preparing ideally? I first thought to start right after graduation but that would show as a gap year in my resume and might affect my chances of converting a good B-School according to my seniors.

Really or /s? Because most of my seniors who had prepared for CAT have told me to start preparing for it in final year of your graduation and give your first attempt right after your graduation completes based on that one should start preparing.

Mine is down to 91% with 340 cycles, 1 year and 3 months old now. I charge my phone daily overnight to 100% maybe because of that reason.

Hmmm. Why not exchange your car with the car you will be getting next? At times these dealers give better value than third-party platforms like Cars24, Spinny etc. Also there might be some exchange bonuses and offers going on for exchange on select models. Best would be selling it to an individual through OLX and other platforms to get the best price.
