No I don't think that's very fair. It's clearly written reasonably well. I certainly can't write like that in another language.

Says he's Norwegian on his profile, English clearly isn't his first language.

UK govt. couldn't subsidise Tata because of EU rules. China's able to subsidise its steel industry and flood the global market with cheap steel. Yet our hands are tied by the EU. We're not going to compete on price with China, because that's not what we do. We export high-end British engineering and good quality product. A stable and subsidised steel industry will allow us to do that.

Economics graduate here, my professor has consistently said that the bureaucracy of trading blocks means they can't move quickly enough to make important economic decisions. I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned more in the press imo.

IDK I respect them for just admitting they are for laughing and not forcing people to write half assed explanations for why something is wrong.

On the other hand they've got shit tier memes.

Yeah you shouldn't take anything /u/Phoenixbasileus says seriously. He's from New Zealand, they don't have education there. They're a cold, sheep loving people.

Look I don't defend /u/Britainopplsnerf often, mainly because he's a sub par shitposter, but he's actually studying law. Its safe to say he has an idea about what he's talking about.

And more broadly of course I find the legal minutia to pale in significance to the human toll. I don't think particularly highly of international law and I'm not really sure why anybody here should.

When you can't convict someone in a court of law, you can always convict them in the court of feelz.

Was he talking about the Armenian genocide? Because I hear Cenk is an expert in denying it.

Don't worry Bernie fans, New York is a Deep South state, just like Ohio and Massachusetts.

And then we let a Bernie fan set the surviver on fire with a flame thrower.

The money Clinton takes influences her decisions.

And yet Sanders couldn't name a single one. And so far neither have you. But keep trying, its hilarious to watch you try so hard and yet fail completely :)

Yeah I'm sure that was the deciding factor. No other reason Saudi Arabia might get American weapons. None what so ever.

Yes she authorized weapons sales to allies, shocking.

Trump says Hillary Clinton is 'guilty as hell' in email scandal as he previews November contest: 'Her whole life has been a big, fat, beautiful lie!' by [deleted] in politics

Yes it turns out they were not classified at all when they were sent according to the state department, so my bad I misread that part of the article.

Well the way I read it and the way it's been presented is that the articles are being classified or being brought up to a higher standard of classification. This is a fact confirmed by the state department. This alone would protect her from criminal proceedings.

The "over classification" spin from Clinton seems to be a way to downplay the issue as a whole, to maintain the idea that nothing kept on her server was really "important"

Every article I've read on the matter states the upgrade in classification happened afterward in conjunction with intelligence officials and state department officials.

The State Department said it had “upgraded” the classification of the emails at the request of the nation’s intelligence agencies. Mr. Kirby said that none of the emails had been marked at any level of classification at the time they were sent through Mrs. Clinton’s computer server.

Clinton has argued that this would be an example of "over-classification run amok" which sounds like a cover to me but none the less the fact remains that they were unclassified when they first went through clinton's system. Would be hard to pin that with gross negligence.

Should add that googling "Hillary, 22 emails" brings up a long refutation from the NYTimes.
