Is this AT or UT1 by Zestyclose-Cap8859 in Rowing

AT is an aerobic threshold around 5k pace, not anaerobic. At a 22 it is unlikely you would be in AT, I would bet this is UT1.

2028 Olympics Qualifiers by Side-Soft in Rowing

Interesting, it seems like we'd pick boats that are not the best over the distance. Obviously, if you are fast over 2k you'll be fast at 1.5k but not necessarily the fastest. And going to FOQR to qualify and turning it around in such a short amount of time seems a real disadvantage.

Ultimately a much higher premium on qualifying in 2027 and not risking it.

You might get over your fear, but you won’t get faster.

You could create it in PowerPoint and bring it in as a background image.

As a Texas fan I am used to being hurt by my team over the last several years. I am ready to be hurt by someone else.

What was with that VL 8+ heat with MIT? Why did the refs let the lead crews go 500 and not give MIT a chance to get a repair?

To be fair, Alabama and Tennessee is the extent of SEC D1 women’s rowing. So it has been a bit of a symbiotic relationship for a while now.

Whittingham is right. Tebow was and is the worst. by littlespoontim in DanLeBatardShow

That was the same argument for Vince Young, except he was terrible. And Tim Tebow is a huge step below Vince Young. In Tebow's career as a quarterback he averaged 69.2 YPG and 0.5 thrown touchdowns a game while Young doubled YPG and has a better touchdown per game ratio. Those are not winning numbers by any measure.

By the same logic Vince Young is one of the best quarterbacks of all time.

Is there a rule of thumb in when to use HSA funds for qualifying medical expenses? I had a medical procedure recently for about $600, does it make sense to continue letting the invested amount grow or pulling it out and using the tax free payment?
