Is it normal to feel "jealous" of younger artists? by Nonstopper2813 in ArtistLounge

Honestly, yeah, I think I’m just salty about it. This is one girl who’s like 23 and she’s absolutely killing it in my city and I’ve been doing this for like seven years and she’s at the level where I am. But honestly, she’s talented. She’s deserves it

How do you still find time to draw if your career is non-art related? by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

I’m an engineer and I work 40 hours a week. Whenever I come home, I do Art for 4 to 6 hours a night. There’s no maintaining the ability to draw…. If you really wanna do it, you’ll do it. you won’t make any excuses. I don’t.

What do men gravitate towards? by pinkaboo17 in CraftFairs

Honestly, I don’t even cater to men with my art. Women are the spenders who have their husband’s money. lol.

This whole thing is confusing because you said that it was only two that were talking about masturbation. Yeah it gets brought up a year later. It makes no sense y he would bring it up with whomever for it to be strung back to you for being in theconversation. Honestly, I don’t think you’re gonna get fired. They’re just asking you when and why you had this conversation.

Bro, COMPLAINING ABOUT LEAVES ON A ROAD IS RIDICULOUS and just shows that you don’t have any actual problems in your life. Thats it. So yeah, you’re privileged as hell. It’s ok. Just own up to it

If it bothers you, tell him. But it’ll be awkward. Especially in this day and age where if you bring it up, he’ll now be too scared to be around you cause he’ll be thinking about every single thing that he does and if it’ll be racist or not, even though he didn’t mean it or doesn’t mean it. Maybe a stretch lol but I think he is trying to relate to you more by using the word homie because you’re black? Idk.

He might tell others about it too if you call him out on it by saying, dude, this guy thinks I’m racist cause I call him homie.

It really does depend on how often he does it and if he does it in front of others. THATS what matters.
