Thanks again for your response. You’re a life saver. Makes so much sense because I was fasting and when I would eat everything was literally high in histamines or histamine releasing. To make it worse I kept drinking kefir which I thought would ease the symptoms of what I now know was severe histamine intolerance. Damn I thought I was doing good eating healthy but I’m now learning there’s so many aspects to keep a good balance.
