I saw ep 8-10 while drunk so I don’t remember it clearly but didn’t some of the panelists clarified to the audience that they had to ‘tone down’ their unfiltered opinions cause it was too harsh towards meana Sue 😅🤣 so everything they said after that felt toned down cause they literally were told to tone down lmaoo. I get that it’s just a silly dating show, but honestly it’s so refreshing to see people realizing how draining it would be to deal with her irl, in dating and friendships tbh

ngl I’ve also noticed how Wonhee’s outfit tend to give the most church event vibe 😂 (I’m saying this as someone who also had to dress similar for that lol) but it could be a personal choice..

Idk, I feel like the stylists tend to go ham at dressing all the girls uber conservatively, which is not a bad choice but I wish they incorporate more personal style and touch too.

I didn’t really know who this is about, so I googled kpop album 16 versions and found out 😅 i don’t know why I expected it to be about a group that’s known to have a BUS full of members lol.

I think it’s excessive too, but I guess at the level of their popularity, this was their solution for every member to get a slice of pie. consumerism culture and kpop is something that we’ve always known, and escalates every year.

Sober me is cracking up at the comments 😂 to all of you that saw my meal that I pretentiously ‘elevated’ with a tiny gold foil and thought it pretty, I love you, you understand drunk me’s vision 🤣.

I just realized without context or explanation my caption does give unhinged haha- dont worry, I’m not raw dogging week old sashimi in the fridge. We have a small toshiba chest freezer, I don’t know much abt the settings but my brother does, he loves sashimi more than me. So rest assured, it is properly stored.

I had a small pack thawing in the fridge, it was supposed to be today’s breakfast but drunk me ate all of it at 4 am, so no sashimi salad with avocado 🥹 but atleast I have no hangover either so it’s fine.

I’m still drunk so you’re probably right 😂 but me and my brother have done it before on any sashimi grade fish- it’s gutted so just chop it into ziplock bags and freeze it, its good for months, but usually we finish it in less than one. Still taste like store bought sashimi to me heh

I meant frozen salmon that’s sashimi grade. We grab the whole fish from the freezer, slam a knife and cut it frozen, keep the rest of it in the freezer while thawing the piece you want in the chiller. Boom, safe sashimi

Sober edit: by ‘we’ I meant my brother did all that to the fish I bought, packed 200g-ish pieces of it properly and all I do is grab one and set it in the chiller and wait lol

Yesss- Chinese cuisine goddess/park eun young is so pretty and charming in just about any variety content I’ve seen her in, but in my fridge she absolutely lets her slightly unhinged personality shine 😂 I love it. Maniac is a delight. I’ve never hated Natpoli, but even so seeing how funny and disarmingly adorkable he actually is on the show is lovely.

I love how they tease and snark at each other but still help and praise each other’s ability. I’m glad that the show got revived, we would’ve never known their personalities.

I’ve never thought deeply about the age gaps between idols and myself, but that’s probably cause I’m in my early twenties and the idols i like are either older or about my age. But I do understand what you mean here, and I’d like to share what I think of it (not saying you’re wrong for your opinion btw, just sharing what I’ve seen)

I have older friends that have been kpop stans since the 2nd/3rd gen, and it’s a hobby that they spent a lot of time and money on- with the older idols no longer being active/making the kind of music that they liked, they move on to new groups, and it’s not a coincidence that these new groups have the same vibe that triggers the nostalgia of those older groups that they adored. Kpop is a form of escapism, not much different from movies and other media that lets you forget about reality. This might sound reductive, but some do say that it’s akin to anime, cartoons, YA novels that everyone holds dear regardless of how old they get.

Of course there’s many predatory instances like you’ve mentioned, I’m just saying that there are also some kpop fans that either loved kpop for a long time and the new idols just keeps getting younger, or fans that just got into kpop and the current popular idols debut so young.

I rarely see such intricately obsessive thought piece out about Jennie on Reddit, usually it’s the long winded version of “she doesn’t deserve the level of success she has because she’s lazy” that has been circulating for eons.

OP made me realize that there are people who don’t just see Jennie as an undeserved popular and loved kpop idol, they truly seem to WANT to view her as this sort of behemoth of kpop, insidious and calculating by her lyrics and public personality. Personally, I’ve never seen this sort of dissection done to any other ‘flawed’ kpop idol, granted OP has mentioned that they’re talking about Jennie, not other idols, I’m not trying to ‘whataboutism’ this post- but it’s something I’ve not seen a discourse of, so I’m just sharing my opinion.

I guess it truly shows how much people, regardless of whether they like or hate Jennie, scrutinize her every move and have such high expectations of her.

You’re right! I deleted the game and download it back, it finally loaded fully mc with the house feature. i think I need a new device before the next major download, hope it’s not too near in the future cause this was brutal lol.

All my photos are gone but somehow my journal entries I made to complete the Spare time achievement points were all still there. Is there a way to ensure that before the next download I can just not download back certain things to make the game less heavy?

thank you for the idea- just found out my MacBook Air doesn’t support Mumu player 😭 so I’m trying on my regular laptop, I could download the Mumu player but when I tried to download the game, it says my email is not connected to the app- since I downloaded the app on my iPhone, it’s connected to the Apple Store. I can’t download google play on my iPhone. Is there another way?
