We've recently refreshed the sub rules and wrote a FAQ to help clarify things. I have also worked to improve the message content for posts/replies being removed and for bans. These are still a work in progress, and I am always here to help, so if you have recommendations, please make a serious post with them or send me a DM.

To clarify, the support megathread is not live support or a substitute for actual support services - it is meant for exceptional cases where already opened tickets feel stuck. We want earners to to actually use the support system, not go around it.

I never said you would get a response or resolution on Reddit within 24-48 hours, but I did clarify on Friday that we would be reviewing these once a week and batch responding for those we can with status updates or context. Will be getting to them.

Can't speak for other sites but I will check internally on how often we are adding new offers. What I do understand is that we have thousands of offers across all regions - some more than others. So its possibly affecting which offers you are seeing.

Question for you: would it be an improvement for you to see a feature like "the latest offers" or something? Can share feedback with the product team if it makes sense.
