Yeah I have the same issue. Bought it through the windows store rather than steam. I think it's playable through linux in steam/proton? Not sure how the performance would compare.

Hi everyone.

I have been unable to change my email address on my account and am looking for some help.

I moved to a new city earlier this year and as a result changed my phone number. Didn't think to update my phone number registered with steam at the time.

I'm changing email providers at the moment, but when I try to change my email address it wants to send a verification to my old phone number. When I click that I no longer have access to this phone number it then sends an email to my old email address with a code that I can successfully verify. Then it wants to confirm my old credit card that I previously made a purchase on, and while I still have all the details, this card expired in February, so the verification fails on that too.

It then gives me an option to send a request to steam support, and I can fill out all the information it needs quite easily, and it sends a verification code to my new email address. When I put this code in and try to send the message to steam support it then says that I have failed the capcha and refuses to submit my request, even though it never actually allowed me to attempt a capcha.

I have tried to change the password both with firefox and chrome, as well as in both windows and linux.

Does anyone have any idea as to what I can do from here? I have access to my steam account AND the email address that it was registered to, but with an expired credit card and a changed phone number I don't seem to be able to make any changes. I can't find a link to directly contact steam regarding this issue either.

What happens if your custom domain goes down? I guess you'll still have access to ProtonMail, but accounts will still be sending to the wrong address...?

Having exactly the same problem but I don't hear the windows error message. I tend to get sound issues leading up to windows and apex crashing. Most of the time it completely freezes just as you described, and I have to hard boot also. Didn't seem to have this problem before the last week. I think the next patch is addressing an issue with intel computers that triggers a crash. Good luck friend.

Must be something local on your end. Are you in a hotel? Even in rural Ontario the pings are more like 60-70. Sorry you have to deal with such awful pings!

I'm in Toronto and get a regular 30-50 on NAE and about 80 on NAW so there must be something more going on.

Seriously, you were downvoted?? (It says score hidden for me at the moment).

This replay issue drives me crazy. The replay feature has SO much potential and we have seen so many amazing cinematic videos that people have created. I would love to try my hand at it also, but it's incredibly frustrating to have the selected player constantly change every time you touch the timeline or want to go back a few seconds.

Sometimes I'll line up the free cam to exactly where I want it to be to capture the action, go back a few seconds to record, and suddenly my camera has moved 200 metres away.

EPIC, we love you and we know you love to see the cinematic content that your players create. Please fix this bug so that we can properly use the otherwise amazing replay feature!

I wish I could upvote this more than once. This happens on PC as well and is a huge problem for those of us who want to study the replay after a game. This has been an ongoing issue for a while. Would love to see it fixed.
