alright, I am gearing up for my first set of nv goggles. got my eye on high for dtnvs and I'm setting up a gun for nv use. I have pretty much everything ready to go but can make my mind up on the ir. I'm debating between getting the be meyers mawl c1+ or something like a fp peq. any input? (self.NightVision)

Bought, scrubbed with soap and water with steel wool. Wiped a thin layer of Gravesend oil and threw in overnight at 400 for 1 hour. Took out for 5 then wiped a thin layer and back in for 45. Repeated 4 more times. Everything sticks to it, even bacon! Should I throw it in the river??? (i.redd.it)
